They (the nursing staff) are lovely, always helped me with a smile. They are always there if you need them.

The Relapse-Prevention Programme: Being made aware of triggers and coping mechanisims while still in the safety of rehab must surely be a great advantage. I have made notes of my warning signs in my journal and will share them with my partner so that she can also be aware.
Group therapy: It was nice to hear other people's stories and it helped me to know that I wasn't going through a difficult time alone. There were people who understood.
A place you could shut the outside world out and focus fully on your problem and emotions. A safe place to get you back on track.

Individual Therapy: “I felt he (Andre Brink) was the right psychologist for me – firm and fair, and he has the knack of knowing when one is hiding something!! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better"
