Accommodation

Riverview offers a choice of accommodation in either three to four bed units, private bedrooms or executive suites. There is 24 hour security and professional nursing care to provide the best possible service both during and after hours.

Relaxation is important in the therapeutic context. Two large lounges, which are sumptuously furnished, offer an opportunity for reflection or a chance to get together with other patients

Digital satellite television is available in the lounges and other recreation areas.The games room offers a pool table & table tennis.A gymnasium is available to patients. Improving one’s level of fitness is encouraged as an important part of therapy.

For those who are well enough, there are supervised day hikes and picnics in the surrounding foothills. Horse riding and tubing can also be arranged. The area is a well known and popular haunt for those interested in bird watching.

Accommodation is offered in comfortable two, three and four bedded rooms with private bathrooms and views of the valley and mountains. Private and executive suites are available on request. All private rooms have satellite television.

Although Riverview Manor does not run a strictly Halaal kitchen – we do make every effort to cater for our Muslim clients. Our staff are well trained and informed about islamic foods. We accept pre-cooked frozen meals from the Client’s family, stored and we reheat it separately.
